This is a two piece photography set from the Same Day Project.

Since I live in Central Florida, I'm not far away from beaches on both coast sides of the state. I came out with the idea to do a Same Day photo of a sunrise and sunset on the beach.

After doing research to select locations on both coasts, and looking for weather, tides, my availity to have the day to go.

The East Coast location was easy because I know the beach very well and I knew I would have access very early in the morning, Marineland Beach, Palm Coast, FL.

The west coast took more time and effort, since the options were new to me and never did any photography on the locations that looked like the best options. I chose Fort Island Gulf Beach Fishing Pier to be out in the open to the Gulf and the fishing pier had a potential to be a great foreground in the photos.

The adventure started at 3:am and ended at midnight.

It was fun, interesting and challenging in some ways, but the photos turned out absolutely beautiful.

I will make just 5 of these sunrise-sunset sets.

The set consists of two prints: one sunrise and one sunset.
